Custom & Personalized Orders

Because our products are handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been produced.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In rare cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or not up to our quality standards, we will gladly review the issue.

If approved, we will offer a free replacement (remake) at no additional cost.

To request a review, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the issue

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not available for custom items unless the issue is determined to be our responsibility.

In exceptional circumstances — such as confirmed fraud, repeated production errors, or an issue caused by our team — a refund may be issued in the form of store credit.

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer during checkout.
