FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a physical address when placing your order.

Once your package is shipped and handed to the carrier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider.
If your tracking has not updated for 30 days after shipment, please contact our support team via the contact message for assistance.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Because all items from ByLolaJewelry are customized and made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the issue is verified.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can not be cancelled as we have a strict policy primar because items are made to order and go into production quicky .
Because production begins quickly, we may not be able to make changes
Please double-check all personalization details, spelling, and shipping information before placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, we recommend contacting the carrier directly or checking with neighbors or your local post office.
Exception if the package is lost before delivery (I.e not marked as delivered you may be able to file a claim with the carrier)
If tracking has not updated for 30 days, please contact us and we will assist with an investigation.
